Employment and Business
Members are able to access the Croner Business Support telephone helpline. This service gives members the benefit of free telephone advice on issues such as tax, VAT, PAYE, payroll, employment and personnel matters. Freight and Transport
BMRA holds membership of the Freight Transport Association to enable members access to the latest information on transport issues, such as the recent introduction of digital tachographs and future changes on ADR. Contact Howard Bluck on 01480 455249 or email Howard.
Regional Member meetings

Stolen Bulletins
BMRA stolen bulletin service allows members to alert others when metal is stolen from sites. Email alerts are circulated within 24 hrs and displayed on the website for public view. There is no charge for this service for members.
Insurance
BMRA has long-standing arrangements with two insurance brokers, Peter Hoare and Co and Ingram Hawkins and Nock, which offer bespoke insurance services to members that reflect the needs of the industry. Both companies offer particular benefits to members with exemplary health and safety practices, such as ensuring employee attendance at BMRA Health and Safety training.
