A focus on regional sales and support increases product availability at five core locations.

BMRA member Blue Group has announced that all product ranges currently being sold by Blue Machinery Fuchs Ltd, are to be sold and serviced through five core regional businesses from 1 September 2018.

This follows a switch in focus to regional delivery and improves customer access and service. The product ranges will be available at Blue London, Blue Southern, Blue Central, Blue Scotland and Blue Spares.

Pat James and Chris Mathews, both long-serving members of Blue Group's Fuchs sales team, will continue to support the sales and technical teams at each of the offices.  The current MD of Blue Machinery Fuchs Ltd, Terry Hughes, will be taking up a new position as Product Director of Blue Group to help coordinate overall product strategy across all ranges.

The products now available at all sites include; the Fuchs range of Material Handlers, The Taurus Shear Baler Range, the E-Crane range of cranes, and the ZB Hammer Mills. Furthermore, spare parts for these machines will now be available at all of Blue Group’s regional offices as well as its dedicated spares facility in Warrington.

Blue Group’s existing Fuchs engineers will also continue to service customers and will be supported by even more factory trained service personnel regionally.

Existing customers who have a formal service or R & M contract in place with Blue Machinery Fuchs Ltd, will have uninterrupted service. Customers will be contacted on an individual basis to clarify how and by which Blue Group business they will be managed going forward.
