Based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, the British Metals Recycling Association (BMRA), the trade association representing the £7 billion UK metal recycling sector is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).  

Leading a small but growing team, the CEO will be responsible for forging relationships with BMRA members and growing the membership base, representing the organisation on the national and international stage and, where required, influencing policy makers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of running a trade body or a business as well as strong communication skills. Specific knowledge of the sector and experience of public affairs are desirable but not essential. Frequent domestic travel; occasional European and international travel will be expected. Full time, or part time for the right candidate.
