Tell your story and feature in July's Scrapbook

Lockdown is an unprecedented situation. Many yards closed, staff were furloughed and the experiences of people these last few months is unlike anything before.

It has been challenging, sad, and confusing for some, whereas for others it has presented them with opportunities. People have enjoyed spending time with immediate family, indulged in old and new hobbies, and have learnt new skills.

For July’s edition of Scrapbook, we would like to feature your stories of lockdown. Did you continue to work and how did you do this? Were you furloughed? Were there opportunities to help your local community? Did you take on a different role during this time e.g. delivery driver? How has homeschooling been? Have you tried new things?

We know that many of our members are long-standing family businesses. Are you a business that has relied on family to keep the yard going? If so, tell us your story for Life on the Yard!

Get in touch with Kate should you wish to feature.
