BEIS hosted metals sector-specific webinar
On Wednesday 23 September, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) will convene a metals sector-specific webinar focusing on the impact of Brexit on customs obligations and REACH.
Representatives from HMRC will take attendees through new customs procedures while representatives from DEFRA will give an update on the new REACH regulations.
In the coming weeks we will be working with BEIS to develop online sessions to address concerns members have regarding all aspects of Brexit, whether we exit with or without a deal.
Furthermore, we have secured an invitation for companies that are struggling with any aspects of preparation for Brexit to speak directly to BEIS on a 1-2-1 basis. Please contact Antonia ([email protected]) if you are interested in this offer.
