Defra have produced a survey as part of their Impact Assessment work surrounding the financial implications for waste management organisations implementing the new service. This is reflecting the change in approach to an API-driven solution and the costs as a result.

Members are urged to complete the survey so Defra can get a robust data set to inform the policy and the service. It should only take a few minutes and the survey is entirely anonymous.

The deadline for members to complete the survey by the 12^th September.
