James joined the BMRA in 2019 bringing a wealth of experience leading trade associations. With a background in Law and Marketing, his priorities are to reach out to the members, and giving the BMRA a louder voice where the real issues affecting the entire waste sector are being discussed.
After a decade working in the metals recycling sector, Howard has developed a deep understanding of many of the key environmental and technical issues affecting the industry. With an LLM in Environmental Law and an MSc in Geochemistry, he is able to inform policymakers and advise members.

A journalist by training, Antonia is a public affairs and communications specialist with over 20 years’ experience. Antonia has developed complex lobbying campaigns and public affairs initiatives to engage stakeholders, influence legislation and promote the metals recycling industry.

Lyn has worked in an office environment for around 30 years starting out as an office junior for a medical company after she left school. Her next few positions were as a team secretary working in various industries. She then took a position of PA in a Planning Dept, where she worked for 15 years.

Kate has worked in a variety of industries in communications and marketing roles. Her skills span a range of disciplines. She adds some fire power to our communications team, engaging with our membership and raising awareness of the metals recycling industry.
