As a result of a decision taken by the Supreme Court, thousands of individuals who have paid to take employers to tribunal are set to receive refunds.The Ministry of Justice have already said the government would take immediate steps to stop charging fees and refund payments.

Following the monumental decision, it is likely that employers will face an increase in employment tribunal cases against them across the spectrum of possible claims.
