Friday 20 November 2020 at 12pm

As President of the BMRA, it was a heartbreaking decision to cancel this year’s Annual Dinner. This event usually heralds the conclusion to a busy year and offers us the opportunity to meet with friends and business connections in a relaxed atmosphere.  Although it’s not the same as being together, we are hosting a virtual event on the same day, Friday 20 November.

During the event, I will give an overview of the past year, sharing what the Board and Secretariat have been up to. You will also get a chance to hear from the various Committees that represent the members of the BMRA. You can learn about all of the matters the BMRA has been working on in the past year. We will also have a representative from BEIS for a Q&A on Brexit, so do send in your questions if you have one you would like answered. We are also excited that we will announce the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award and Photo of the Year, along with holding a raffle to raise money for Huntingdon-based charity, Dreamdrops. Do please consider donating a prize for the raffle.

The event will commence at 12pm and finish around 2pm. The event is open to BMRA members and is free of charge.

I look forward to you attending and thank you for your continued support of the BMRA.

Susie Burrage, BMRA President and Managing Director of Recycled Products Ltd.
