Overview of the company and role:
The Ron Hull Group, established in 1976, was initially created to recycle Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals from across the UK. Although we have now expanded into a group of companies, providing services such as waste recycling and demolition, our core business has always been scrap metal recovery and recycling.
The Ron Hull Group offers a total waste management service for local, national and world markets. We can provide a scrap collection service for your ferrous metals
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and prospects through various channels.
- Conduct sales reporting and maintain waste management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
- Waste material sampling, test results management in line with legislative and product specific.
- Key account recycling reporting to Directors including Creating monthly reports and attending meetings.
- Key account management reporting and record keeping
- Maintain and control CMS systems and improve.
- Oversee all waste operations.
- Lead your team, with a strong and direct approach, ensuring you maintain company standards and continue to develop your team.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and resolve with a proactive and economically viable solution.
Skills required:
- Experience in Waste Management is essential and WAMITAB competent.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a non-ferrous metals environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
