This free and exclusive, member-only session will explore how imminent developments will impact your business, and the preparations you can start making now.

Are you prepared and ready?

Register for one of the sessions today (BMRA members only - BMRA website login required):

•    BMRA, Huntingdon – Thursday 19 March 9.30am – 12pm

The Good Work Plan is being dubbed as ‘the biggest overhaul to employment law in 20 years’ . Changes include: holiday pay reference periods, providing ‘key facts’ sheet to agency workers, NDA use in relation to employment contracts, and enhanced redundancy protection. Croner will be on hand to explain these changes and answer any questions you might have. Find out more about the changes by downloading the attached guide. Please note this requires a login.

Along with the Good Work Plan, Croner will discuss two other key areas that are affecting businesses today: Flexible Working and Mental Health.

•    Flexible Working: How to accommodate different working patterns to suit today's workforce
•    Mental Health: Employers' essentials, from recognising the signs to effective and safe management

Please note that there is a minimum attendance required at each session.
