BMRA members will be aware of the new EU Waste Shipment Regulation (EU 2024/1157), that came into effect on 20 May 2024.

It will further introduce stricter export rules and mandatory digital documentation via the Digital Waste Shipment System (DIWASS) commencing 21 May 2026.
