Expand further into the deep-sea vessel market
BMRA member, Global Ardour Recycling Limited, has announced the aquisition of Adelphi Limited.
Based at Newport Dock, Adelphi Limited joins the Global Ardour Recycling Limited fold. It said the purchase would "enable us to continue our endeavour at Newport, and we look forward to capitalising on the wealth of knowledge, experience and proficiency that Global Ardour possess."
It added: "Global Ardour Recycling Limited shares our ambition and our commitment to quality, innovation, and efficiency. Together, we look forward to leveraging our combined expertise to strengthen the value that we can offer to our customers."
Representatives of Global Ardour said: "This is a major step forward in Global Ardour’s growth and expansion strategy. This acquisition allows us to expand further into the deep-sea vessel market, opening new opportunities for large-scale export and operations."
Operations began immediately, with Mark Robertson appointed as Director, working alongside Gareth Price, Philip Price, and Craig Saunders. Together, they will focus on driving both the commercial and operational development of the site, ensuring a strong start and alignment with Global Ardour’s wider strategic goals.
