BMRA member, Global Ardour Recycling, has announced the acquisition of assets from Enablelink Limited, supporting continued growth and investment within the UK metal recycling sector.

The acquisition brings two established operational sites in Birmingham into the Global Ardour Recycling group, including a processing yard with shredding and shearing capability and a dedicated transport hub. This increases the company’s overall processing capacity and marks the introduction of its third shredder.

The transaction has also safeguarded local jobs by saving Enablelink from administration, contributing positively to the local economy. They are now fully operational, and all services are resumed under the group.

The acquisition follows Global Ardour Recycling’s recent purchase of Adelphi Limited and its Newport Dock site, further strengthening its national footprint and operational capability.

As a BMRA member, Global Ardour Recycling continues to invest in infrastructure and responsible growth, supporting the long-term resilience of the UK metal recycling industry.
