Skillcert, the training provider for the Metal Recycling General Operative (MRGO) apprenticeship, will host a Q&A session explaining how the apprenticeship works and what employers need to do to support an apprentice throughout the programme.

They will answer any questions you may have regarding the MRGO, including:

• Hiring an apprentice
• How the training is delivered
• What you will be expected to do
• Mentoring
• How much time you need to give the ‘off job’
• How are they assessed.

It will take place on Tuesday 27 October at 10am via Teams. To book your place, please email Adam Black: [email protected]
