A Derbyshire metal recycler has had £4-8k high value metals and plug pins stolen in brown and blue Derby City Council bins on Sunday 1 March. 

They believe the plug pins will give the load away. 

Image of the vehicles believed to be involved pictured below and, based on a CCTV footage, the people involved spoke with foreign accents.
