BMRA President, Susie Burrage OBE, has attended her official investiture at Windsor Castle.

Susie, who is also President of the Bureau of International Recycling, was joined by BMRA Vice-President, Shane Mellor and received her honour from His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales.

On the occasion she said: "It was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish forever. I am filled with gratitude and humbled by this incredible honour. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this remarkable journey."

She was awarded an OBE in the King’s inaugural New Year Honours in 2023 in recognition of her services to recycling and to the environment.
