The Waste Shipments team at the Environment Agency is currently working on an ambitious project to reform the way it regulates Article 18 (Green List) waste shipments in England.
 
This will allow increased regulatory activity, better data collection and new digital tools.  The changes will require all exports of waste to be reported to the Environment Agency. Following a consultation we also plan to introduce charges for all waste shipments.
